Rural governance is one of the grasping hands in whole land comprehensive improvement, but recent years, rural public space different degrees are occupied and unused problems highlighting, hindering efficient use land, unfavorable to construction living environment. In order find out logical mechanism under consolidation, research team went Pancheng Street, Pukou District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China carry field research, found effects local governance, analyzed causes, put forward suggestions for promoting consolidation.
